I hope you remember me, yes that strange child

I was never really a huge fan of fairy tales growing up. I mean I liked them, but most of my time was spent obsessing over Pokemon. While I did like the thought of being a princess, romance didn't appeal to me and I didn't really give a damn about any kind of prince because let's face it, boys were icky. I only started to appreciate fairy tales as I got older. It's kind of ironic since that's when we start believing the phrase 'things like that only happen in fairy tales'. I think we should forget about that phrase though.

The reason for my little ramble is that my outfit reminded me of fairy tales. I mean 'Peter Pan' collar, clock and rabbit earrings, it's all there! I know I sometimes complain about looking younger than I do but a lot of the trends right now make me feel like I shouldn't try to avoid it. Even pinafores are back! I'm still wondering whether to get one or not.

  2. I wasn't much of a fairytale kinda girl when I was little either, I was more of a Sailormoon, Pokemon and Cardcaptors girl! I love your outfit here Annabelle, skirts and collars are pretty much the staple of my wardrobe. x

  11. It really does look kind of fairy tale-y! he color scheme also reminds me of Alice in Wonderland. And I laughed out loud at "let's face it, boys are icky" haha they still are most of the time!
